Allida Recruitment is the specialist Finance & Accounting recruitment division of Allida (Pty) Ltd — we're not a general staffing agency that dabbles in finance, it's the only sector we work in, which is why we can screen a candidate's technical ability properly rather than just matching keywords on a CV.

Every placement moves through the same structured process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting — giving employers confidence and candidates a fair, transparent experience.

We take the privacy of every candidate and client seriously. Allida (Pty) Ltd is fully compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), meaning any personal information you share with us — CVs, contact details, references, or interview notes — is collected, processed, and stored lawfully, securely, and only for the purpose of matching you with the right opportunity or candidate. We never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

Rather than overwhelming clients with endless CVs, we carefully source, assess, and shortlist only candidates who meet the required skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Founded in 2022, Allida was born from a passion for helping job seekers present themselves professionally and confidently. After experiencing firsthand how a well-crafted CV could open interview doors, Khanyisile began offering CV writing services — a small venture that quickly grew through referrals and proven results.

Over time the business expanded into LinkedIn profile optimisation and has since evolved into a specialist recruitment service focused on finance and accounting professionals, connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
